The academic focus or stated interest of the applicant should be in nuclear plant instrumentation, controls, and human-machine interface technologies. The studies should be conducted in the context of nuclear power or other nuclear engineering specific application domains.

Scholarship Description: The HFICD Nuclear Power Scholarship is sponsored by the ANS Human Factors, Instrumentation and Controls Division. It is an Undergraduate Scholarship award of $2,000. Students must apply annually to be considered for the scholarship.
